Layaway is available, generally with a 20% deposit and 20% per month, please contact us to arrange. Uncompleted layaways are nonrefundable. Excessively late payments may incur a 5% (of purchase price) late fee and/or cancellation, though we'll send you a payment reminder beforehand so you can avoid any penalty.

SHIPPING

Shipping is usually by USPS, and includes tracking and insurance. Check the tracking number on line in case a delivery attempt has been made, or a Customs duty is due. Items returned to us if the postal service can't reach you, or refused items, will be reshipped at buyer's expense, or given a store credit; no refunds for returned shipments. Orders are not voided by postal error or delay. In the event of postal loss or damage, we will file or aid with filing claims. If the carrier finds the claim to be valid then buyer will be compensated by insurance. If the tracking number shows item was delivered then no compensation for loss will be available so please be certain your delivery address is secure.

CONDITION & DESCRIPTION

As with all vintage and used items, please expect the normal wear that is the hallmark and authentication of worn and washed vintage clothing. Tee shirts will have varying degrees of color fade from washings, their silkscreens will have varying degrees of wear and distress as seen in the photos, fabric may have a pinhole or loose thread for example. Sizes are approximate. Condition is relative to age & never implies new/unused. Cleaning pre-owned garments is recommended. Actual color may differ from that displayed on various computer monitors, no guarantee you'll have same color interpretation we do. Measurements are approximate. Our opinion re: era, age, genre, style, material, medium, maker, technique, color, condition, origin, history & all descriptions may differ from yours & is offered w/o guarantee; no assurance or refund against others' differing perceptions. Please abide photos over any obvious text errors.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic and international purchases can return for exchange or store credit. Contact us within 3 days & take to airmail shipper within 7 days of original delivery. If we allow a return after 7 days then a 3%/day rental fee is deducted from credit for all days item(s) are in your possession. Return and replacement shipping is paid by buyer. Customs fees aren't collected by or refunded by us, though governments outside the US may charge import tax on your International purchases. Layaways can be returned for store credit minus 20% return fee. Credits aren't applicable to existing layaways, or to Sale or discounted items, & can't be used to pay shipping on exchanges. Items bought with store credit are not returnable. Cancellations are for exchange only.

LEGAL

SHIrT and CTMadrigal.com are Pennsylvania, US entities. By patronizing SHIrT and CTMadrigal.com all parties agree this business, its representatives, & transactions are governed only by Pennsylvania law & not the laws in their respective nations or states. And that any legal dispute will be settled in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, City of Reading. Further, all parties agree to terms/conditions stipulated in our correspondence & shop policies. By ordering from SHIrT and CTMadrigal.com customer agrees to be bound by these terms & agrees to assume costs this business incurs recouping a payment reversal or enforcing or defending these policies as they relate to the order, & that interpretation of this policy is the exclusive right of its author, SHIrT and CTMadrigal.com.
